Returns and exchanges must be within two (2) days from the day you receive the product.
You may return a product for store credit if the return complies with the Terms and Conditions of Sale and with the Return Process.
Only the buyer will be entitled to receive store credit of the purchase price. In no event will a person who has received the product as a gift be entitled to receive store credit.
To return a product, you must follow the steps mentioned below:
- Contact a DUJA Salesperson, who will then send you a return form to complete.
- Complete the return form and enclose it with your product.
- You must include the return form in the return package with the product, all its accessories, the invoice, the warranty card and any free items you received as part of your order. Return must also include our jewelry packaging, as they are considered as part of the product.
We shall not be held liable for the loss, theft or damage of products returned. We recommend keeping proof of return which provides a record of the shipping information.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Once the return shipment is received, we will verify that the returned product complies with our Return and Exchange Policy.
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, with all protective material, tags, stickers, as well as the original DUJA box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents.
If you received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products.
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will authorize us to refuse the returned product and send it back to you, at your own cost.
Bespoke, personalized and customized orders cannot be cancelled or returned. This includes products that have been engraved or embossed.
EXCHANGES
If a product is returned for exchange with a more expensive product, you will have to pay the price difference.
The product must be new, unused and in it’s original undamaged packaging.
Within the scope of this exchange policy, DUJA reserves the option to deny an exchange after one (1) exchange processed on an order.
Moreover, any shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.
VIRTUAL PRODUCTS AND GIFT CARDS
Virtual products, including downloadable content and software licenses, are generally non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.

For any repair enquires relating to a product purchased from DUJA or an authorized seller, please contact us via our social media channels, email or fill the contact us form to be able to advise you with your request.

However, we make no guarantees, in relation to accuracy, reliability and completeness of such information. Being a handmade product, some characteristics may undergo slight variations.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or replacement.
We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
